This Pumpkin Spice Lion’s Mane Latte blends autumn comfort with the cognitive support of Lion’s Mane. Perfect for mornings when you want a little extra focus with your fall flavours. ✨
Ingredients:

1 cup oat milk (or milk of choice)
- 1 shot espresso (optional)

1 tbsp Purana Lion’s Mane powder

2 tbsp pumpkin purée

1 tsp maple syrup (or to taste)

½ tsp pumpkin spice blend (see below for recipe)

Pinch of sea salt
Pumpkin Spice Blend:

3 tbsp ground cinnamon

2 tsp ground ginger

2 tsp ground nutmeg

1 ½ tsp ground allspice

1 ½ tsp ground cloves

Instructions:
- Warm the milk
- Whisk in ingredients
- Froth until creamy.
- Top with cinnamon (whip cream optional!)
